Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

​

We have a 30-day return policy, this means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for this, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and not opened or used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, please contact us at revive@gaiawellnessandrecovery.co.nz. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The Gaia team must authorize all returns via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds


Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will notify you, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping


Gaia is currently only shipping to New Zealand. We strive to keep shipping cost as low as possible for our customers.  We understand that shipping is taking longer than usual with the current climate and we completely understand if you are worried about that. 

 

Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $10 for the North Island and $15 for the South Island. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

 

Please take care to fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Gaia cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as your workplace.

 

We also offer a pick up service at our studio in Papamoa. Please select this option at check out and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery

We do our best to fill and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Most orders within New Zealand will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
