Terms & Conditions

Please read through the below terms & conditions, when you sign on as a client of Gaia Wellness & Recovery you are agreeing to these.

 

1. On your first visit to our sanctuary please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time, if you’ve visited us before then at least 5 minutes beforehand.  Unfortunately if you are late we are unable to extend the treatment time slot

2. Please check in on arrival with our friendly team

3. Payment is to be made at the time of booking

4. Please respect the other clients by keeping your voice to a minimum, we have created a haven of holistic health for all to step out of your busy lives and take a moment to rest, recover, and revive

5. Gaia Wellness & Recovery is not to be held responsible for any damages, injury or death that occurs at or as a result of using our sanctuary.  Please take all belongings into the private room with you

6. All prices, offers & products are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, Gaia Wellness & Recovery also reserve the right to alter prices & services

7. If you are feeling unwell or have any medical conditions that could impact your experience, please notify us when booking or as soon as possible

8. Gaia Wellness & Recovery has the authority to refuse entry and use of the facilities at any time if a client is behaving in a manner that is unacceptable towards staff or other clients, or if under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  In the event that this occurs, any payment made will not be refunded

9. Please notify us 24 hours prior to your booking time if you need to cancel or reschedule, failure to do so will result in you being charged in full as if you had attended

10. Memberships are for a minimum term of 12 weeks, unused sessions cannot be rolled over to the following week

11. You can suspend your membership for up to 6 weeks

12. Canceling and suspending memberships must be made in writing to revive@gaiawellnessandrecovery.co.nz, with 14 days notice

13. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are enough funds available for the weekly automatic payments of membership fees, Gaia Wellness & Recovery reserve the right to process payment at any time to clear any outstanding amount owing

14. Gaia Wellness and Recovery does not offer refunds or extensions on concession cards for change of mind, illness, injury or any other reason

15. Gaia Wellness and Recovery does not claim that any services offered at our facility should substitute medical advice or medical treatment by a doctor. Our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We do not dispense medical advice, prescribe restricted medicines, or diagnose disease.
