What to expect

Your Red Light Therapy Pod session is designed to be effortless, calming, and deeply restorative. From the moment you arrive, everything is set up for a smooth and unhurried experience, allowing you to fully relax and absorb the benefits.

 

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a friendly team member who will guide you to the pod. You’ll have the option to wear protective goggles or rest with a weighted wheat pack over your eyes while listening to calming meditation music through headphones. Once you’re comfortable, you’ll lie back and let the gentle warmth of red and near-infrared light work deep into your muscles and skin, supporting recovery, reducing inflammation, and promoting overall well-being.

 

Your treatment lasts 20 minutes, but we allow 30 minutes to give you time to settle in and ease back into your day. Once your session is complete, the pod will automatically switch off, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and rebalanced.
