Reset and restore with Sculpting Lymphatic Massage - designed to support circulation, detoxification, and deep relaxation.
This gentle yet powerful treatment helps move stagnant fluid, release tight fascia, and activate your lymphatic system - leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease in your body.

Whether you're feeling puffy, sluggish, or just in need of a reset, this massage works with your body’s natural rhythms to support immune health, reduce inflammation, and boost your overall sense of wellbeing.

Each session is tailored to what your body needs most - making it a beautiful, restorative experience for anyone looking to unwind and feel more connected.
What to expect

Your session begins by “clearing the drain” - gently stimulating the lymph nodes at the collarbones to open up your body’s natural pathways for lymph to flow.

From there, we work methodically down the body (like clearing a traffic jam from the top down) activating lymphatic points in the armpits, abdomen, groin, and behind the knees. This helps move stagnant fluid, clear waste, and support your immune and detox systems.

We use sculpting techniques with hands and tools, gentle cupping to free up tight fascia, and focused work on the abdomen to support digestion and release any stuck or buried emotion held in the body. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected, like everything’s flowing again.

Frequently asked questions
What does a Sculpting Lymphatic Massage actually do?
It supports your body’s natural detox process by stimulating the lymphatic system - helping to reduce fluid retention, puffiness, and bloating, while improving circulation and leaving you feeling lighter, more energised, and less tense. The “sculpting” part also helps define and contour areas by releasing stagnant fluid and fascia.

Will I feel different straight away?
Most people feel noticeably lighter, less puffy, and deeply relaxed after just one session. Results can vary depending on your body, but many clients report feeling energised, clearer in the head, and even noticing a flatter tummy right after.

I felt a bit nauseous after the massage, is that normal?
Yes, it can be! Sculpting Lymphatic Massage stimulates your lymphatic system, which helps your body move out excess fluid, waste, and toxins. If your system has been sluggish or you're not used to this kind of stimulation, you might feel a bit lightheaded, tired, or even slightly nauseous afterwards.
It’s usually temporary and a sign that your body is adjusting and clearing things out. Drink plenty of water, rest if you need to, and know that your system is doing its thing. If symptoms persist or feel intense, always check in with a healthcare professional.

Weird question - why did it feel easier to breathe afterwards?
Not weird at all, totally normal! During your Sculpting Lymphatic Massage, we work around the diaphragm, ribs, and upper abdomen - areas that can hold a lot of tension. Releasing this tension can free up space for your lungs to expand more fully, making it feel easier to breathe.
It’s also a sign that your nervous system has shifted into a more relaxed state, with less stress, more flow, and deeper breath.

How often should I get a Sculpting Lymphatic Massage?
It depends on your goals and how your body responds.
For general maintenance: Once every 2–4 weeks is ideal to keep your lymphatic system flowing and support ongoing detox, energy, and overall wellbeing.
For specific goals (like reducing bloating, supporting immune health, post-travel recovery, or feeling puffy or run-down): Weekly sessions for 3–4 weeks can be helpful, then you can move into a maintenance rhythm.
